Responsibilities
• Maintain sterile environment in the cleanroom• Clean equipment and ensure validations are up to date• Oversee techniques and practices of co-workers• Take inventory to identify components needed for production batches• Ensure all components entering clean room are sterile• Coordinate and communicate with compounding and vial wash• Document batch records, measurements, and cleaning logs• Prepare and sterilize components/vials for solutions• Complete media fills to pass validation every 6 months• Package sterile products in final container closure
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• 1-4 years previous work experience in hospital or manufacturing environment or aseptic filling• Knowledge of clean room procedures preferred• Knowledge of CGMP regulations preferred• Ability to work with others and maintain strong relationships• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality and sterility• Ability to prioritize and plan work activities• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
