Responsibilities
• Supervise staff interactions with clients to enhance quality of life• Develop and implement activity schedules for clients• Ensure staff follows procedures for health care and behavior supports• Monitor and ensure completion of documentation• Monitor labor hours and budgetary guidelines• Manage client funds and receipts• Deploy staff appropriately and maintain compliance with staffing ratios• Prepare and post schedules in a timely manner• Conduct performance reviews and staff counseling• Provide feedback and oversight on staff documentation
Requirements
• BA/BS in Business, Health Care Administration, or a Social Science degree• High school diploma/GED and 3 years equivalent work experience• 1 year of supervisory experience• Previous experience with developmental disabilities preferred• Experience in managing systems, processes, and people• Meet agency requirements for pre-employment• Certification as a Food Service Director based on location
