Accounts Receivable Specialist Primary focus of this position is handling the day - to -day office operations pertaining to truck sales
· Serve as the primary office point of contact for sales team handling truck sales
· Facilitate the smooth execution of sale transactions by providing accurate and timely information to the sale team
· Verify provided sales information, Bills of sales, Track payments, down payments, and all associated document retention, sales list, etc.
· Process truck disposals in company's accounting system and all pertaining paperwork per required retention.
· Serve as point of contact with DMV, obtain lien releases, replacement titles, etc.
· Collect, record, and apply payments.
· Maintain customer relationships in person, over the phone, and over email.
· Develops, maintains and updates filing system
· Crosstrain and serve as back-up for other members of the A/R Team
· establishes and maintains a system of financial record keeping, to include issuing receipts, preparing and making bank deposits, and recording payments
· Answers main phone line
· Assist Management Team with occasional project work
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Minimum 2 years A/R experience required
Some post-High School education preferred but not required
