Assist in increasing awareness and expanding registered apprenticeship programsConduct outreach activities and provide guidance to program sponsorsMeet with employers to provide information and assist in program development

Responsibilities
• Conduct outreach activities and participate in career/job fairs and presentations• Meet with employers to provide information on registered apprenticeship• Assist in the development and revision of program standards• Provide guidance and technical assistance to program sponsors• Complete compliance reviews and program audits
Requirements
• Associate's degree in Social Services, Education, Government, Human Resources or Business Administration• 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, business administration, human resources, recruitment, placement, processing personnel transactions, and/or eligibility determination• Knowledge of federal and state regulations pertaining to registered apprenticeship• Experience with outreach and marketing activities• Organizational skills, time management, and ability to work as a team player• Public speaking and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications• Must possess or obtain Defensive Driving Course Certification
