Job summary
The Appraisal Order Specialist is responsible for tracking and follow-up with vendors in relation to the metrics surrounding the appraisal lifecycle, ensuring that appraisal orders follow the prescribed timeline and milestones, and updating the respective loan offices with the findings.The role also ensures updates are correctly logged into the LOS; work closely with the Appraisal Management Companies (AMC's), service appraisal-related communication from all areas of BOKF Mortgage; work within agency portals; assist with escalations on individual files; ensure issues are escalated to the proper individual or manager and/or provide resolution to the issue whenever possible.The AOS is responsible for adhering to RESPA functions involving the appraisal report, including, but not limited to, appraisal delivery within mandated time frames.

Requirements
• High school diploma is required• Experience in a lending environment is a plus• Exposure to the appraisal industry for 2+ years• Understanding of appraisal terminology• Ability to competently communicate with appraisers• Knowledge acquired through on the job experience or past industry experience
