We are looking to add a team member who will assist in the administration, support, and maintenance of all credit union information technology applications. The Application Services Analyst will assist in the administration , support and maintenance of of all credit union information technology applications, as well as the facilitation of application enhancements and break/fix requests. Compensation for this position starts at $52,000/year, but your offer amount may increase with relevant work experience and transferrable skills.

To learn more about PDCU go to our website at Essential job functions for the ASA: Maintenance/Support including onboarding new applications, regularly scheduled patching and releases, and facilitating end user training and support. Application Enhancements such as adding new features/functionality within an application, the development of a new data report, or adjustments to existing applications. Facilitation of break/fix requests; correcting a broken feature, correcting inaccurate data, or cosmetic changes (typos, misalignments, etc.). Collect data, establish facts, and assess and recommend policies and procedures related to the information systems area. Protect operations by keeping information confidential, including but not limited to employee and member account information. Be "on call" for all periods as assigned by manager, working overtime as needed. Ed ucation :
Associate's degree in computer related field or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Experience :
A minimum of two year's of increasingly responsible experience in a financial institution in the information systems function. Experience with high volume, mission critical applications and databases. Experience with Episys Symitar is required.
