Responsibilities
• Create and test Windows software installation packages for automated deployments• Initiate, plan, coordinate, design, develop, and test software distribution packages• Participate in project activities beyond technical tasks• Research and recommend innovative approaches for software packaging and deployment• Generate and maintain operational and procedural documentation
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience with multi-site, large environment and application package deployments• 2 years' experience with producing complex software packages and deployments• Minimum 2 years' experience with ZENworks Config Management, SCCM, Intune or similar product• Expertise in Desktop Virtualization preferred• Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune software administration and deployment• In-depth knowledge of operating systems (Windows Desktop OS 7/10/11, Windows Server 20XX Server)• Strong knowledge in windows application package creation and installation• Expertise in Windows automation scripting such as PowerShell, WMI, VBScript, PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit• Comprehensive knowledge and experience with Windows installer technologies• Must be able to adapt to changing work assignments and priorities• Excellent customer service, communication, and documentation skills• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills• Bachelor's Degree preferred
