Responsibilities
• Serve as primary liaison for inquiries within HR Division• Manage calendars, coordinate conferences and special events• Process requisitions, receipts, purchase orders and vouchers• Conduct research on HR matters and compile results• Prepare spreadsheets, presentations, reports, and correspondence• Manage projects and perform special projects as requested
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED• Three (3) years of clerical or administrative experience• One (1) year of human resources experience• Knowledge of business English and HR policies and procedures• Ability to use office equipment and software• Ability to understand and carry out instructions• Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively
Key Skills Needed
