Job Title: Tooling Cost Analyst (HISO) Job Description: Maintain costing systems and evaluation standards for tooling costing Verify tooling quotations and follow up costing issues with suppliers and in-house engineers Prepare quotation / cost breakdowns / analysis reports for cost evaluation and control Coordinate with other parties on product life cycle follow up and costing approval progress Review and make assessment for cost analysis with different scenario on direct purchasing, vendor management, advanced features and material etc. Routine update on material database and capture data for analysis from different sources. Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing/ Industrial Engineering or related discipline Toy manufacturing or tooling fabrication experience would be an advantage Strong analytical skills, sensitive with figure and financial acumen with relation to cost setting and price negotiating Proficient with CAD/CAM software, Business application (e.g. Excel and PowerPoint, etc) Knowledge in SAP would be an advantage Self-motivated, pro-active, able to work well with remote teams and individuals
