Key Responsibilities: Collaborative Delivery: Work in tandem with a helper/driver partner to safely transport and deliver heavy and bulky items. Heavy Lifting: Manage the loading, unloading, and delivery of heavy items, using appropriate techniques and equipment (50-300 lbs). Customer Service: Ensure a delightful customer experience, handling items with care and professionalism. Efficient Use of Technology: Utilize handheld devices for routing information and delivery management. Safely assist in the handling and delivery of large packages. Age & License: Minimum 21 years old with a valid driver's license (Class A/C/E - to operate up to 26,000 lbs GVW) Physical Fitness: Ability to handle heavy packages, working alongside a team member Clean Driving Record: Maintain a safe driving history. Communication Skills: Proficiency in English for effective teamwork and customer interactions. Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Valid DOT Medical Card Hiring Process: Typically completed within 3-4 weeks. May vary for out-of-state license holders.
