Position: Account Manager (Allied Division)

Role Overview:
As an Account Manager within our Allied Division, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction, driving sales growth, and overseeing the recruitment and management of contract staff. Your commitment to excellence will be instrumental in maintaining high service standards and fostering positive relationships with both clients and candidates.
Responsibilities:
Conduct pre-screening interviews and present qualified candidates to client managers for consideration.
Collaborate with client managers and supervisors to develop effective recruiting strategies.
Utilize various channels, including referrals and social media, to build and maintain a robust candidate pool.
Ensure candidate compliance with job requirements, including background checks and credential verification.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires in partnership with compliance specialists.
Provide support and assistance to contract staff, including payroll processing and conflict resolution.
Cultivate and strengthen existing vendor relationships while exploring opportunities for new client contracts.
Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and adhere to all relevant employment laws and regulations.
