The Admissions Supervisor will oversee the daily functions of the Admissions-Welcome Ambassadors Team. This highly visible floor position will ensure team members are scheduled in proper locations with sufficient supplies for guest assistance, answering guest inquiries as well as monitor the financial transactions to ensure accuracy. Perform training to team on verbal communication to guests and sales techniques to ensure the information enhances the visitor experience. Schedule staff based on number of visitors per day and remain within budgeted guidelines. A positive goal orientated mindset is needed.
Previous Supervisor Experience Preferred. Previous cash handling experience. 7 th /8 th grade math skills required. Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees. Read, write and speak English fluently.
