Status: Full Time, Exempt Hiring Range: $37,500 to $42,000. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a human services or a related field preferred. Minimum of two years general office experience, such as, calendar scheduling, filing, insurance verification, scanning and record keeping strongly preferred. Experience working with child welfare systems, Mental Health providers, and/or children and families preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Key Responsibilities: Admissions Coordination: Process referral calls and emails, documenting necessary information accurately. Facilitate intake admissions and paperwork with new clients and their legal guardians. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of services. Administrative Support: Provide front desk support and ensure a welcoming environment for clients and visitors embodying our dedication to child welfare.. Manage office functions including scheduling, filing, and record-keeping. Utilize electronic health record systems for data entry and scanning. Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrate professionalism and empathy in all interactions with clients and stakeholders. Provide external referral information and resources to parents/legal guardians as needed. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in client files and data management. Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and colleagues to ensure coverage and support in the admissions process.
