Administrative Resident Location New Orleans, LA (Tulane-Gravier area) : Your job is more than a job. The Administrative Resident supports the mission, strategic vision and LCMC Health's organizational goals. Through project-based work, the resident will gain comprehensive knowledge, experience, and training in a high energy, high expectations team setting. The resident will have opportunities to work closely with members of the hospital's executive team and will regularly attend senior leadership meetings. The resident will gain exposure to and rotate through clinical departments, operating units, and support areas.
Your Everyday Attends and participates in executive level meetings. Assists with financial, strategic, and operational analyses related to program growth efforts. Develops sophisticated formal presentations utilizing Microsoft Excel, Work, or PowerPoint to convey project scope, status, progress, and outcomes. Uses and continually develops leadership skills. The Must-Haves Minimum: EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS Required: 1 year of experience in a healthcare, specifically pediatric healthcare setting. EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS Required: Bachelor's Degree Required: Must be enrolled in a graduate-level degree program (Ex: MBA, MHA, MPH) LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS Certification Name: LEAN Six Sigma Certification Issuer: International Association for Six Sigma Certification (IASSC) Licensure Speciality: Entity: Certification Name: Project Management Professional Issuer: Project Management Institute (PMI) Licensure Speciality: Entity: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
