Job Description:
SAP is seeking a part-time Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in administrative roles and demonstrate the personality traits of being driven and resilient.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate administrative duties, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation- Maintain and update records and databases- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders- Support the team in various projects and initiatives- Handle travel arrangements and accommodations as needed- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred- Personality traits: driven, resilient- Soft skills: strategic planning, presentation
