Responsibilities
• Handle a high volume and variety of daily tasks• Assist with department-wide initiatives• Provide administrative and project support for various committees and projects• Interact effectively with people throughout the workplace• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion and tact• Work successfully in a fast-paced, multi-task environment• Think proactively and work independently and in a team environment• Proficient in MS Office applications, Gmail, GSuite, and Adobe Acrobat• Handle confidential data with discretion and tact• Experience providing primary administrative support to a key administrator preferred
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience• Six (6) years of progressively responsible and related administrative experience• High attention to detail and deadlines• Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks• Exceptional communication and customer service standards• Excellent problem-solving skills• Collaborative and able to interact effectively with all constituencies• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment• Proficient in MS Office applications, Gmail, GSuite, and Adobe Acrobat• Ability to maintain confidentiality• Experience in event planning and budget/financial management preferred
