Job Description:
Merck is seeking a part-time Administrative Associate to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As an Associate level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in administrative roles. The ideal candidate must be independent, motivated, have strong strategic planning and project management skills.
Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents- Assist with project management tasks, such as coordinating timelines and deliverables- Handle office tasks, such as answering phone calls, ordering supplies, and organizing files- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting for team members- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders- Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred- 3+ years of experience in administrative roles- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Strong strategic planning and project management skills- Prior experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus
