Convenient office hours shift. Onsite position offering stability and growth opportunities. What's a typical day as an Administrative Assistant ? You'll be: Provide comprehensive administrative support including preparing correspondence, presentations, meeting minutes, photocopying, courier services, filing, catering, and managing office and kitchen supplies. Coordinate department team building activities and large on-site/off-site functions. Assist in recruitment activities by providing onboarding/offboarding materials to HR and acting as a liaison between HR and management. Collaborate with other Region Admins for consistency and support on various projects. Manage expenses, travel bookings, department calendars, and Service Now Requests for personnel. Conduct training and orientation for new staff on policies, procedures, and relevant software systems. Administer security access, maintain office equipment, handle minor budget tasks, generate purchase orders, and assist in emergency response situations as required. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: A High School diploma with at least one year of experience in progressively responsible secretarial and administrative support roles, preferably supplemented by continuing education courses. Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail. Positive attitude with a high level of professionalism. Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Desire to continuously learn, with the initiative to take on evolving and more challenging tasks. Strong computer skills are required with proven proficiency in all MS Office Products. A certification or university degree is desirable. Proven proficiency in Oracle Financial Applications, SharePoint, and Workday applications. What happens next
