Job Summary:

We're seeking a results-oriented Sales Associate/Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide potential clients through our virtual sales process, negotiate deals, and secure contracts. If you're eager to enter the real estate industry and possess strong communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Promptly answer and return phone calls, addressing all leads generated in our system.
- Manage a pipeline of prospects, following up on leads in a timely manner.
- Establish rapport with potential clients, addressing objections to facilitate deal closures.
- Analyze deals and draft offers, negotiating mutually beneficial solutions.
- Demonstrate ambition and a desire for financial growth.
- Utilize CRM systems to maintain and update lead information.
- Communicate efficiently with all involved parties.
- Familiarize yourself with the industry and conduct targeted market research.
- Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
- Undertake additional administrative tasks as needed.

- Intermediate proficiency in Google Docs and/or MS Office Suite.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Enthusiasm for sales and real estate.
- Effective relationship management and multitasking abilities.
Pay Structure:
- Monthly base pay: $2,000-2,800
- Base pay increases after 6 months of meeting minimum requirements.
- Commission tiers: 6% - 8% - 10% based on monthly revenue generated.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
