This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Kingsford, MI. OVERVIEW Monday-Friday – Part Time - 9:00 am – 3:00 pm PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DAILY TASKS Perform day-to-day activities to ensure effective account management Execute Collection Calls to Customers per Company Guidelines Process deposits, enter payments & resolve invoicing issues Provide assistance as needed to complete department duties and Company Customer Service DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Excellent customer service skills and Attendance Good communication skills both verbal & written. Ability to communicate well with Customers & co-workers.
