Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Nissan of the Bronx. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in accounts receivable and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salaryMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysResponsibilities:Process customer payments, including credit card and check payments, and properly record and apply them to customer accountsReview and monitor customer accounts for past due balances and follow up with customers to collect paymentsCommunicate with customers regarding payment inquiries or disputes, and provide excellent customer service and supportGenerate and send monthly statements to customersWork with management to resolve any invoicing discrepancies or payment issuesPrepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable reports for management reviewMaintain records, documentation, and files related to accounts receivableCollaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer paymentsAssist with other accounting tasks and projects as neededRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent required2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or general accountingStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational, communication, and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
