Job description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable professional to join our team at Fidelity National Information Services in Columbus, Ohio. As an Accounts Receivable clerk, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable functions and ensuring timely collection of payments from clients. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities:- Process and post incoming payments from clients- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date- Contact clients to request payment if accounts are overdue- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies- Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable- Assist with month-end closing procedures- Maintain accurate records of all transactions

Requirements:- Confident and resourceful individual who can effectively communicate with clients- Strong teamwork skills and emotional intelligence- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
