They will be focused on validating, processing, and supporting accounting projects and will work closely with the Controller and Accounting department staff.

What you'll do: Process vendor invoices and post to correct GL account Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain accuracy of the Accounts Payable aging Reconcile AP aging in QBO against aging in BILL Process bi-weekly check run Process employee expense reimbursement Reconcile credit card receipts and post transactions into QBO Maintain 1099 vendors and process year-end reporting Order office supplies Copying, scanning, and filing within the accounting department Assist Controller on assorted projects as needed Backup for AR To stand out you'll need to: Have a high school diploma or equivalent, Associate degree preferred Have a minimum of 2 years of Accounts Payable experience Have experience with Bill.com or similar system is required Intermediate knowledge of QuickBooks/Online Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Company Perks & Benefits: Flexible work schedule, 32-40 hours per week Competitive pay, $27.00 - $32.00 per hour Monthly Employee Appreciation Meals Monthly Company Raffles Health & Wellness Reimbursement Education Tuition Reimbursement Bonus pay for referrals 401(k) Plan with 6% employer match Have Kids?
