Accounts Payable Specialist

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process with a focus on accuracy and efficiency to streamline financial workflows. This is a key role that ensures timely payments to vendors and supports the overall financial health of the organization. This role is for a Property Management Company. Key Responsibilities: Process and review invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies. Input and manage accounts payable transactions efficiently. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and resolve any issues. Maintain positive relationships with vendors to ensure smooth payment processes. Assist in month-end close activities related to accounts payable. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist. Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and transaction processing. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or related field strongly preferred  IND123
