WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift
STARTING PAY – $21-23 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring timely payments to suppliers. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the smooth operation of the accounting department.
Responsibilities:
- Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and process payments to vendors in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions
- Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting as needed
- Communicate effectively with vendors to address any payment issues or inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented approach
