Accounts Payable Specialist

Accounts Payable Specialist Job Level:  Associate (some experience preferred)
Location:  Orem, UT
Shift:  Full-Time

Position Summary: The Blue Raven Accounts Payable Specialist prepares invoices, contacts customers, and collects outstanding payments. You will strike a balance between maintaining trustful relationships and ensuring timely payments. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will exhibit professionalism and trustworthiness. You should have excellent communication and organization skills as well as an ability to work independently.
Essential Duties: Prepare accurate invoices Contact customers to inquire about overdue payments Take actions to encourage timely debt payments Process payments and refunds Resolve billing issues Update account status records and collection efforts Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status Minimum Qualifications: High attention to detail Proven experience as a collector or similar role Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques Familiarity with laws related to debt collection (e.g. FDCPA) Working knowledge of MS Office and databases Ability to meet or exceed targets Excellent verbal and written communication skills Skilled with negotiations Problem solving skills Blue Raven Solar:
