Accounts Payable Specialist

We are an ATL based residential and commercial builder and developer. 
We currently operate projects in multiple states including GA, TN, NC, NY and more. 
The firms has grown 15% of the last 2 years, and with more growth planned as we continue to expand throughout the SE, we are actively looking to add an experience Accounts Payable Specialist to our growing team!
-As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely processing of exceptions, employee expense reports, and answering the AP Help phone line and email requests
-Audit employee expense report reimbursement requests via Concur based on the Reimbursable Business Expense Policies & Procedures
-Research and resolve schedule A vendor payment reconciliations and distribute to appropriate departments
-Facilitate vendor calls and answer payment inquiries from divisions/trades via phone and email
-Research, troubleshoot, and resolve system user issues if needed
-Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as it relates to payment and system inquiries
-Research and resolve employee inquiries regarding system issues and expense report reimbursements
-Process ACH enrollment and resolve vendor payment funding issues
-Prepare and distribute Concur monthly reporting
