Adecco is now hiring for an Accounts Payable clerk in Richardson, TX.
Ideal candidate must have 5 years' experience of Accounts Payable working with multiple site locations.
Shift: Monday – Friday 7 am to 4 pm or 8 am to 5 pm
Pay rate is: $18 – 25 per hour DOE
Job duties and requirements: • Print all emailed invoices on a daily basis • Enter Accounts Payable invoices using the 3-way matching principle • Resolve invoice/receiving issues by communicating with the purchasing and/or receiving department • Process weekly check runs by matching all invoices to the payment advises and making sure checks get sent out in a timely manner • Maintain Office Supply Room • Complete payments and control expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices • Maintain accurate records and files • Demonstrate effective written and verbal communications skills • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn accounting software/systems. • Assists in monthly and yearly audits and closings • Work closely with other departments to resolve discrepancies • Able to process an average of 200+ invoices weekly from 4 site locations • Ensure all payments are posted accurately to the correct general ledger accounts.
Pay Details: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour
