Responsibilities
• Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store, and analyze information• Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes• Debit, credit, and total accounts on computer spreadsheets and databases• Operate 10-key calculators and copy machines to perform calculations and produce documents
Requirements
• Strong data entry skills for expense reports• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel• Knowledge of accounting principles and Accounts Payable processes• At least 2 years of recent experience
