Responsibilities: Classify and scan invoices into the accounting system. Match invoices to tags and purchase orders. Validate invoice details (material, quantity, pricing) against tags/purchase orders. Ensure proper coding and cost allocation for invoices. Enter and code invoices for month-end closing. Approve, process, and handle payments for invoices. Handle invoices with discounts and ensure timely processing. Research invoices that lack tags or purchase order verification. Obtain Project Management approval for invoices when required. Reconcile vendor statements and address discrepancies. Why choose Addison Finance & Accounting?
