Accounting Temp - On-Site Weeks - Riverview, Fl

We are seeking an Accounting Temp to step in and help our AR and AP team for 12 weeks.  Job Responsibilities and Duties: 
Receives payments and posts amount paid to customer account. Processes credit card payments and daily faxed check deposits. Processes daily remote deposit. Maintains customer records and documentation. Creates and maintains vendor files. Analyzes and records vendor invoices and invoice credits upon receipt of notices. Processes vendor and carrier payments. Compiles vendor remittances Assist with the accounting system parallel testing as needed. Creates and/or maintains files, documentation and procedures thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices. Other duties may be assigned as needed
