Position/Salary and Benefits:  Accounting Technician $17.69/hr.; Full-time ($19.50/hr. after 1-year probationary period)

Internal candidates will be considered first. Job duties : This is a department lead position with the Cashier's Department. The lead worker will be responsible for providing backup when the supervisor is not available. Receipt payments on all case types. Refund/apply bonds, daily balancing, process e-payments and credit card payments. Assist at the counter, answer phones and scan documents. Perform miscellaneous tasks as needed. All other duties as assigned.
Required education and experience: Graduation from high school and two years clerical and/or accounting experience.  
Preferred qualifications: Courteous, professional, and cooperative. Knowledge of the court system or legal experience is a plus. Spanish speaking is a plus
