Accounting Specialist

As they continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Specialist to join their team!
The ideal Accounting Specialist will have a strong background in accounting, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliations. Accounting Specialist Responsibilities: Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies Prepare and post journal entries Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed Accounting Specialist Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field is preferred 2+ years of experience in accounting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team If you are interested in joining a collaborative team as an Accounting Specialist , all you have to do is apply!
