Duties include but are not limited to: Accounting and bookkeeping functions to include payroll reconciliations, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Producing operating and financial reports timely and accurately. Providing administrative and clerical support to the CFO and other department heads required including cash flow, labor burden and cost per mile calculations, dashboard, metrics, etc. Carrying out other financial and administrative duties as assigned by the CFO. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field. CPA certification is highly favorable but not required. Required Skills: Experience working with an audit consultancy firm is preferred. Experience in accounting in a construction or construction services company. Must be extremely organized and have an exceptional eye for detail. Must be fluent in QuickBooks and have extensive experience with Microsoft Excel. Salary: $70,000-$90,000 DOE.
