Key Responsibilities:
Lead crucial aspects of our month-end close process, including revenue recognition, expense accruals, and account reconciliations.
Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy and compliance.
Mentor and supervise junior staff, enhancing their professional development.
Prepare high-level financial reports for executive leadership and board members.
Manage essential tasks for our annual audit and tax preparation.
Draft and review accounting memos for significant transactions.
Stay updated with accounting standards and implement relevant changes.
Who We Are Looking For:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
At least 7 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably with a blend of public and private sector exposure.
Proven experience with IPO preparations is highly desirable.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience in technical accounting standards such as ASC 606 and ASC 842 is beneficial.
Previous experience leading a team and familiarity with Netsuite are advantageous.
