Responsibilities
• Understand financial system value stream• Gather and document requirements related to system configuration changes• Administer system configuration changes• Participate in peer review meetings• Recommend changes or modifications to existing processes and standards• Maintain up-to-date understanding of processes that impact GL (PeopleSoft General Ledger) and TrinTech Reconciliation platforms• Agile performer duties and responsibilities• Execute high priority projects for the company• Link responsibilities to planning, coordination, and implementation of changes across accounting systems• Ensure accuracy of systems for reporting financial information
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or military experience• At least 5 years experience in Accounting, Financial Services Industry or a combination• At least 2 years of Financial System experience• Preferred experience with PeopleSoft Financial System or other large financial systems• Preferred experience with automated reconciliation systems• Experience working on projects using an Agile framework• Experience using Jira• Experience with Birst or Tableau• Basic knowledge of Amazon Web Services• Basic knowledge of or experience using SQL• Demonstrated ability to automate manual processes• Demonstrated ability to maintain effectiveness in constantly changing environment• Ability to apply integrative thinking, identify issues, and propose solutions• Analytical skills with the ability to integrate information from different sources• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
