Team Member discount POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for assisting and supporting the Accounting Department in the preparation of monthly financial statements, analyzing general ledger accounts, and verifying/completing other financial reports. 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES · Producing and analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
· Journal entry preparation and general ledger account balancing
· Analysis of accrual and other general ledger accounts for correctness and accuracy
· Understand the intercompany process flow as it relates to income and expenses
· Cross-train with other financial and non-financial office functions
· Responding to requests made from different levels of management
POSITION REQUIREMENTS · Pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and is within three semesters of graduation
· Has strong drive for results
· Must have sharp attention to detail
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent analytical skills for problem determination and resolution
· Ability to manage multiple priorities
· Ability to work independently, as well as cooperate with others
