CVP is seeking an Accountant/Payroll Specialist to join our growing team.
Manage corporate timesheet process including new hire setup, semi-monthly timesheet closing and posting the labor to accounting system; timesheet compliance; timesheet corrections; weekly compliance report for management. Set up new hires in accounting system. Process semi-monthly payroll for over 580 employees. Monitor termination spreadsheet and adjust employee's profile as needed. Track and update state employee payroll taxes. Assist with annual external audit. Process AP payments as required Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field plus two years of professional experience as an Accountant. Experience must also include two years of experience in Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
