Accounting degree with 2+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience OR 5+ years of equivalent experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting. Understanding of and the ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles. 2+ years of Quickbooks Desktop experience Experience of general Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes Reconciles cash disbursement accounts, credit card accounts, payroll, customer accounts, and other financial accounts. Verifies and/or completes payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensures payments are charged to the appropriate accounts. Experience in automotive repair and/or auto body and collision repair is a plus! Codes invoices, sets up new accounts, reconciles accounts, and closes the monthly books. Reconciles bank accounts at least monthly, verifies deposits, and addresses inquiries from banks. Files tax forms with federal, state, and local government agencies. Performs other related duties as assigned. Exemplify company culture and values. Pay / Hours: We are considering qualified candidates for FT work. Your work hours will be between 8:00 am and 5 pm M-F. There can be some flexibility in determining your specific schedule. We assume a 40 hour work week. Pay will Depend On Overall Experience!
