Accountant / Bookkeeper

We are looking for an experienced Accountant / Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate recording and tracking of financial data, using QuickBooks Online and other systems. The successful candidate will be able to manage accounting operations, reconcile financial documents, and generate financial statements and reports.
Key Responsibilities: Perform daily accounting activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile and maintain balance sheets, general ledger, and other financial records Prepare and process financial statements and other reports Manage and review transactions for multiple entities Perform intercompany accounting activities Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field At least 3 years of experience in an Accounting or Bookkeeping role Extensive knowledge of QuickBooks Online Strong understanding of Bookkeeping principles Ability to reconcile multiple entities and generate financial statements Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with intercompany accounting activities is a plus Benefits Salary: $50k - $70k Medical, dental, and vision insurance PTO 401K Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
