Celanese is seeking a dedicated and confident Account Support Representative to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. The Account Support Representative will be responsible for supporting the account management team in maintaining client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of products and services to customers.
Responsibilities:- Assist account managers in managing client accounts and developing strong relationships with customers- Support the coordination of customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and deliver solutions- Assist in preparing reports and analysis for account performance evaluations- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills in account management- Provide support in the development and implementation of strategies for account growth and retention
Requirements:- Confident and dedicated individual with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of account management- Demonstrated leadership abilities and people management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred- No prior experience required; training will be provided for the right candidate
