Epic Games is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Los Angeles, California. Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to account managers, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings.- Assist with client communication, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to the team on key metrics and trends.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.- Proactively identify opportunities for improving account processes and implementing efficiencies.

Requirements:- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a remote setting.- Resilient attitude and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.- Demonstrated leadership skills and strong decision-making abilities.- Excellent communication and organizational skills.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
