Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and confident Account Support Officer to join our team at eBay in Washington, D.C., US. This is a full-time remote work position at the Associate Level, with a requirement of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:1. Provide support to the Account Management team by assisting with account maintenance, customer inquiries, and order processing.2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.3. Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within accounts.4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any customer issues or escalations in a timely manner.5. Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to achieve account goals and targets.6. Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders as needed.7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve account support services.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.2. 3 years of experience in account support or customer service roles.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.6. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
