Job Description:
DaVita HealthCare Partners is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Support Officer to join our team on a remote basis in San Diego, California. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and support, as well as being reliable in executing their responsibilities.
Responsibilities:1. Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients, including timely responses to inquiries and issue resolution.2. Assist with managing customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and facilitate account activities, such as contract renewals and billing processes.4. Conduct regular account reviews to assess customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.5. Assist in the development and execution of strategic account plans to drive growth and retention.6. Maintain up-to-date customer records and accurately input data into relevant systems.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.3. Proven experience in account management or customer support roles.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.6. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
