Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Account Support Manager to join our team at Publix Super Markets, a leading grocery store chain in the United States. This position offers the opportunity to work from home in Los Angeles, California on a part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities:1. Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and requests.2. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions to meet their goals.3. Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and upselling of additional services.4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of any issues that may arise.5. Analyze client data and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.7. Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.8. Provide regular reports and updates to management on client account performance.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in account management or related field.2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.4. Resourceful and confident with the ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively.5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.8. Familiarity with the grocery retail industry is a plus.
