Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Account Support Manager to join our team at TIAA in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Associate Level member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met.

Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain client accounts, providing support and assistance as needed- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions- Communicate with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that may arise- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide excellent service- Analyze account data and reports to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement- Assist in the development of new business opportunities and strategies to grow client accounts- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to clients- Mentor and train other team members to ensure high-quality service delivery

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or a related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Innovative thinking and the ability to persuade clients to take action- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Experience in financial services or a related industry is a plus
