Job Description:

Cameron International is seeking a dedicated and reliable Account Support Manager to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in account management or customer support, you will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner- Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet revenue and growth targets- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client needs are met- Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on product updates or new offerings- Monitor and analyze account performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions- Provide support and guidance to junior account support team members

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field- Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and driving revenue growth- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite- Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus
