Job Description:
As an Account Support Associate at Mattel, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our account management team in Houston, Texas. Your primary role will be to assist with various tasks related to managing customer accounts, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service and support.
Responsibilities:- Assist with customer account management, including processing orders, resolving customer inquiries, and managing customer accounts.- Collaborate with the account management team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.- Provide administrative support, including data entry, file management, and preparing reports.- Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.- Contribute to the overall success of the team by actively participating in meetings, training sessions, and other team activities.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or account management.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Reliable and adaptable, able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.- Critical thinking skills and the ability to negotiate effectively with customers.- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
