Account Support Assistant - Work From Home

Job Description:Edison International is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Account Support Assistant. This is a full-time remote position based in Fort Worth, Texas. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the account management team- Assist with customer inquiries and issue resolution- Maintain accurate records of client interactions- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective communication with clients- Assist with account renewals and upsell opportunities- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred- 4+ years of experience in a customer service or account support role- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Excellent time management and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Energetic and dedicated attitude- Strong teamwork skills- Experience working in a remote environment is a plus
