Responsibilities
• Manage a queue of cases• Develop a basic understanding of retirement plans• Complete tasks independently and collaborate with team• Advise clients and assist with navigating multiple systems• Analyze documents submitted by clients• Assist clients and team members with advanced retirement plan topics• Contribute to department and team projects• Perform other duties as required
Requirements
• Must be 18 years of age• Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred• Basic knowledge of 401(K) plan structure and regulations preferred• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to adapt to process and organizational changes• Ability to have difficult conversations with clients• Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving• Customer service, organization, and collaboration skills• Ability to work in an autonomous environment• Ability to create an inclusive workplace• Must pass a background check• Must meet work from home requirements
